Returns

All items at The Craft Room are made to order.  Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns.

If there is an issue with your order please contact me directly by email at shopthecraftroom@gmail.com to discuss the issue further.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
